Shipping is handled and fulfilled by our suppliers. We do not have control over the shipping and manufacturing delays of our suppliers. However, if there is a delay with Shipping and/or manufacturing of your order we are more than happy to reach out to any applicable supplier(s) on your behalf and pass along any details we gather. Some items may be manufactured outside of the USA. You should receive your items a few weeks after you place an order. The reason it takes our suppliers a few weeks to get the order to you is because orders are made as they are ordered our suppliers do not keep an inventory and instead just manufacture on demand. This process does result in longer delivery time. Usually taking 1-2 weeks to arrive from order placement. Our rule of thumb is if you haven’t received your items in 3 weeks from the date you placed the order you should contact us so we can see what’s going on; we are also happy to help you with an order. If you have any questions/concerns about shipping/manufacturing please email support@mycpandme.org with your concerns and we will reach out to any applicable supplier(s) on your behalf to attempt to resolve the concern(s) Packages may have different tracking numbers/arrival information even though they were ordered at the same time because they may come from separate suppliers. You can track your package with the tracking information we will send via email to the email address on file with your order once we receive that information from the carrier. Orders with subtotals $50 and over are automatically eligible for free shipping and a free shipping discount will be applied at checkout for you automatically. Free shipping discounts are eligible to combine with other discounts. The cart will show you the shipping amount before the discount is applied so you’ll still see shipping in your breakdown but just below that you’ll see the discount which cancels out the shipping above. We only accept orders being shipped to valid United States residential or commercial addresses (no P.O. Boxes) if we suspect you have placed an order to be sent outside of the United States or to be sent to a P.O. Box or if we have any other shipping address issues we may cancel your order at our sole discretion and issue you a full refund. We will email you about order cancellation and information on your refund.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time and without notice to you. The updated version of this policy will take effect immediately. We recommend checking this policy periodically for changes.
