This policy outlines the procedure for preforming store maintenance. Maintenance is preformed on the store periodically to ensure the store continues to run efficiently. To prevent errors or other difficulties for customers while the store undergoes any such maintenance the store will be locked down to where only staff may access the store in order to ensure a smooth update process. Customers will be made aware of dates store maintenance will begin when the store will be inaccessible via our social media pages so please follow those. Customers will also be made aware when updates are complete in the same manner. You may direct all maintenance questions/concerns to our support staff by emailing support@mycpandme.org. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during updates and look forward to serving you again after updates are complete
