The Order Process

Well you did it, you placed an order. I know what you’re thinking “So I placed an order…. Now what happens?” Well let’s talk about the process from order placement to delivery.

Step #1 Our staff will review and approve your order for our supplier. This is nothing to worry about unless you're flagged by our system your order will be approved. If there are issues we will contact you at the email on your order to discuss and resolve them. 
 
Step #2 After we approve your order our suppliers will charge us to manufacture and ship your order. This is again nothing you have to worry about just part of the process and we handle paying the suppliers you just pay us.
 
Step #3 After approval and payment  our supplier will get to work making the items you ordered. We use multiple suppliers and you can find a list of all of them at https://themycpandmestore.com/pages/suppliers to know which one(s) will be handling your item(s) please read the item's description as it says somewhere in the description "Supplied & Shipped by {Supplier's name}"
 
*Please note that since we use multiple suppliers it is possible for item(s) to come in separate packages (one or more from a different supplier with separate tracking information) 
 
Step #4 After our supplier(s) have created the item(s) in your order. They will be shipped from our supplier to the address you provide at checkout.
 
That's it! You should receive your order in a few weeks from our supplier, but if there are any issues please feel free to contact us.
