Payment Policy
Definitions
The Payment Policy (“Policy” “Agreement”) is an agreement between The My CP & Me Store (Us, We, My CP & Me, Our) and you, our customer (Customer, You, Your, Buyer, Purchaser) the purpose of this agreement is to outline payment terms and clarify expectations on what happens with payment - how and when they are collected etc.
Payment Upon Successful Sale
Payment is collected electronically by us using the payment information you provided at checkout. This payment is collected immediately upon a successful purchase. Payments are NOT collected as an invoice to be paid later but are rather collected at point of sale.

We Accept the following payment methods for your convenience: Mastercard Debit/Credit, VISA Debit/Credit, American Express Debit/Credit, Discover Debit/Credit, ApplePay, ShopPay by Shopify, GooglePay, AmazonPay, PayPal, Diner’s Club, MetaPay, ShopPay Installments, Klarna, and Four
Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)
We accept a few Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services. They are: ShopPay Installments, Klarna, and Four (also known as Pay With Four) in the event you chose to use a BNPL service you understand the terms for repayment are set by the BNPL not us. The BNPL will give us the money for your purchase and you will repay the BNPL. Payments are usually done in equal increment monthly payments called installments or payment plans. Upon placing an order with us and choosing to complete your purchase with a BNPL the chosen provider will present you with a plan of equal installments which you will agree to upon completion of your purchase. These BNPL services are not owned or controlled by us and are a third-party payment method. In the event of any issues or disputes you will need to contact the BNPL directly. We may be able to help put you in contact with the BNPL but payment and other disputes will need to be settled between you and the BNPL. Since BNPL services are a type of loan you will need to apply for the money you are requesting from the BNPL - we have no control or influence over whether or not the chosen BNPL provider will approve your application for the loan and you will need to contact the BNPL if you have questions or concerns about your application like status, denials, appeals (if any) etc. in the event of repayment delinquencies the BNPL will contact you and follow their own procedures for collecting repayments which has nothing to do with us. You agree to indemnify us for any actions made between you and BNPL services
Third Party Payment Services
We accept a few Third-Party Payments Services (TPPS) other than our BNPL services these TPPS are ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay, AmazonPay, PayPal, Diner’s Club, and MetaPay. We have no control over the policies or practices of TTPS and your use of any TTPS constitutes acceptance of any policies they may have. We assume no responsibility for the practices, security, website, or provider in any way and you agree to indemnify us for any actions taken while using any TTPS.
Payment Method Failures
In the event your payment for your order is unsuccessful we will attempt to contact you at the email or phone number you provided with your order to resolve these issues. We will not approve your order until we are able to resolve these payment issues. In the event we are unable to contact you we will cancel your order. Order cancellation for payment issues are at our sole discretion. Common payment method failures are: mis-entered information, insufficient funds, expired payment methods, etc.
Gift Cards
We offer gift carda for you to purchase in the following increments: $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, $50.00, $100.00, $200.00, $500.00, $1,000.00, $5,000.00 The price of the gift card is equal to the value. Gift cards expire 5 years after issue regardless of remaining balance. We will not issue refunds (including partial refunds) for expired gift cards.
