Store FAQ

In this section you will find answers to questions about the store including return and shipping questions

The My CP & Me Store is the merchandise store owned and operated by My CP & Me, L.L.C. My CP & Me designs the merchandise for the store and contracts a few third parties to manufacture and distribute our designs.

The My CP & Me Store is a print-on-demand store. This mean that products aren't made until an order is actually placed on our store. As a result it may take longer for you to receive your products from our store that you have purchased. It can take a week or two for your purchase to make it to you, but can take longer depending on the supplier or issue outside of our control. We do apologize for this long time period.

We accept ALL major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover) we accept ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, we also accept installment payments though ShopPay (Installment payments available on qualified orders only. Order total must be $50 or more to qualify for installment payment options) and more

Some products are identical with the exception of a minor change such as a change in the color of wording. The reason a product could possibly be more expensive due to minor changes is because it may cost more money to produce certain colors and these other minor changes.

Product prices are set to accommodate our suppliers and still allow for us to make a profit on sale. Our suppliers only use the best materials for your products which is why we charge the prices we do

Yes you can make the products cheaper using "My Merch Money" our rewards program for repeat customers. Merch Points will reward you with coupons to make products cheaper, or though marketing promotions 

You may see duplicates of a single product because they are offered by and made by two or more different suppliers that we partner with. For instance you may see a particular t-shirt that we offer like our “I Have CP What’s your superpower” t-shirt on the store twice once supplied by Printful and again supplied by Printify. We may offer the same product under multiple suppliers to lessen the risk of a shortage or discontinuation of those products. For instance, if Printful is out of a certain item we sell in a particular color or size you want we may offer it though another supplier which can fill the demand at the time. Lessening the risk of shortage issues for you, the customer.

We don’t control our supplier’s base rates and between suppliers that may be different as a result prices may be different for identical products by different suppliers, but you shouldn’t see major fluctuations in price between similar products by multiple suppliers 

We add in the description of every product a supplier statement which discloses to you which of our partners produces and distributes each item.

We may (at our sole discretion) offer you a discount on your next order or rewards points as a thank you for your review. (The value of which may vary customer to customer) This incentive is not a guarantee and should not be used as a reason to review or a reason to not review honestly. You should always review honestly and we will work with you on any issues you may have. We appreciate your review and thank you in advance.

Bundles are groupings of specific products or a specific quantity of products at a discount price than if they were bought separately. You can use bundles to save some money on your order. Any bundle or grouping can be found on our “Bundle & Save” page at https://themycpandmestore.com/pages/bundles items in Bundles may come from 1 or more of our suppliers so items in your Bundle may arrive separately, at different times, and in different packages and with different tracking information for each individual item even though you bought them as a Bundle. You do have to go though the Bundle & Save page to take advantage of the discount, simply adding both items to your cart does NOT apply the savings

Rewards FAQ

This section outlines our rewards program My Merch Money Rewards and common questions related to the program

Merch Money is rewards you get for making purchases on the Merch Store. You will receive 5 points for every $1 spent at the Merch Store. 

 

We have a few redemption options some examples are $10 off coupon for 500 points, $25 off coupon for 1,000 points, $50 off coupon for 1,500 points, $75 off coupon for 2,000 points, $100 off coupon for 2,500 points. You can redeem your accumulated points for these coupon amounts and get the total taken off your order. The more you spend, the more you save. No at this time Merch Money doesn’t ever technically expire. However according to program terms if you don’t purchase anything within a period of 6 consecutive months your customer profile may be deleted which in turn would void your points

Rewards points are issued after the payment is fully processed and our system shows as “Paid” and not as “Authorized” or “Pending” Depending on your payment processor and other factors this can sometimes take a few days but rest assured you will get your points after your payment is fully processed. Email & SMS Marketing FAQ

This section of the FAQ outlines the particular of our email and SMS marketing and how all that works

Email marketing is the process incentivizing customer returns by offering discounts, promotions, deals, and news to customers by way or either email or SMS text messaging. The My CP & Me Store uses a platform called Klaviyo to accomplish these marketing needs.

Email marketing messages will come from our marketing provider Klaviyo. Yes, that email from Klaviyo is actually from us and will come from our support email at support@mycpandme.org you can rest assured it isn't spam. As far as SMS messages go those will come from our store's SMS text line at +1 (855) 964-0645 this is the only official messaging line for The My CP & Me Store for marketing purposes. If you get a message from another number other than that one claiming to be The My CP & Me Store it is spam and should be reported to our support team by emailing support@mycpandme.org you can also report spam to our support team by texting us at +1 (317) 824-9524

Your information is provided to us based off the information you provide when placing an order with us or if you subscribe though a link on our store. We don't randomly select your information, nor do we purchase your information though any third-party service. IF YOU DON’T PROVIDE IT TO US IN SOME WAY WE DON’T HAVE IT. Also The My CP & Me Store will never use information you provide to our parent company My CP & Me, L.L.C. or any other affiliate to contact you with marketing incentives without your expressed permission.

You can expect messages in regards to recently placed orders such as status updates on the order or satisfaction surveys upon the orders delivery, Notices on discounts and promotions, new product release notifications, and more. Please be aware you may still receive order related messages per the preferences you selected at checkout even if you are not subscribed to messages by the use of a form (This includes satisfaction surveys after the order is delivered)

It's easy to unsubscribe to messages by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the store email you received or texting "STOP" to our SMS line to stop receiving messages that way. Please be aware that doing one way doesn't cancel the messages both ways (e.g. Texting "STOP" to the SMS line will stop the SMS messages but it won't stop the emails you have to treat them separately)

If you never subscribed to SMS messages you shouldn’t receive them at all. If you are receiving them text stop to +1 (855) 964-0645 to unsubscribe or contact our support team at +1 (317) 824-9524 by call or text Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (Holiday hours may vary) for assistance. Email messages however are a bit different, if you never subscribed to our email list you shouldn’t receive any promotional emails but you may still receive emails from our support team at support@mycpandme.org when it pertains to orders made by you. Order notification emails and other emails that pertain to a particular action made by you (like placing an order) are sent regardless of your subscription to our email list since that email isn’t promotional it’s informational pertaining to a specific action made by you.
