If the price of items in your order go on sale or the price decreases in any way 14 calendar days or less from the day you place your order you are entitled to request a refund for the price difference. For instance if you place your order on May 15th you will have until May 29th to request a price adjustment if there is a discount during that time. This price match is not an automatic guarantee so you must contact our support team using the contact page to actually request the price match. After you request the price match and our team verifies your eligibility we will refund you the difference to match the discount price to your original payment method. Orders must be placed before the discount to qualify for price matching; orders placed after the discount ends are ineligible for price match. Price matching is based off the exact items in your order for example if you buy a large shirt your price match refund will be based off the discount price of that same shirt in large. Price matching will be based off the terms of the discount you are attempting to price match for. For instance, if the discount has a stipulation that it’s limited to 1 use per customer and you use the discount on another order you wouldn’t be eligible to apply the discount to the past order (price match) as you’ve already used the 1 use per customer on that new order. Likewise, if you haven’t used your one use (if that is the stipulation) and you use it with the price match that price match refund will count as your one use and you won’t be able to use it again. There are 4 criteria you MUST meet to qualify for price matching and they are

1) Your order that you want to price match must be placed no more than 14 calendar days (as described above) before the date you request the price match

2) A discount (or some other price reduction method) must be in effect on the day you file your price match request 

3) you and the items in your order must meet the eligibility requirements of the discount or other price reduction method (if applicable) to qualify 

4) you must actually file a formal price match request with us using our contact details below
